I changed my mind, and I'm happier with the FPs than the item. Thank you.
However, maybe it would have been better to let the people with more than 100 snowballs decide whether to get the items or FPs? Tho I dont even know if thats possible.

The Winter Event was always said to last till January 1st so I don't understand why people are surprised that the event with all it's features got disabled today.

Well it's not clear at what time today it would end I even asked earlier but I asked way too late to get clarification. To me I read it lasted till the 1st so I would have thought it would be disabled on the 2nd. I was hoping it would last all day on the first till midnight.
It might be nice to add in the first post of future events about what time the event will end maybe during the day on the first would have worked.
Or something like be sure to get all the items you want on the 31st so you don't miss out.
I appreciate all the hard work that went in to making this an awesome event It got me hooked on this site, you both rock!

Something like this might be possible for a company with set working times. It's not possible for university students who run this site for fun in their free time, when we never know when one of us has some spare time to work on things here. I am afraid giving rough time deadlines is all we can do.
