o___o; Honestly, the FC to TT ratio confuses me. Why would a miniset cost as much as a set? And why would a set cost less than a FC? I guess its because some pieces are less popular than the others?

Well, before minisets we had single items costing a FC so I'm fine with mini sets.
(They're almost always released in colors I don't use lately so I don't buy them often, the last I bought was the Hyades mini set ...)

Strangely I noticed some monthly sets items being sold for even less than they were back when a FC was 7k or 8k. So yeah, I guess it's because some items are less popular than other

@Poshi: I have those punky lips in midnight purple, I couldn't sell them but I know I will never use them either, would you like them? I'm interested to trade for WK hair or eyes.

I like the WK items for variety and relative cheapness ^^

I think I only want the Spring '15 Chest (Ivory) right now. Would that be okay? It's only 30. ^^
I also do find most of my flowers in the market place!

Older TT items don't have as much value as they used to.
At least we get mini sets though. The pricing is really weird now a days.
I buy an entire set simply because I can't get my hands on separates but if I were to actually break down the set and try to sell it on the MP, the total cost of those separates are usually less than the value of the fairy coin I just bought.

But however, they do provide cheaper alternatives to the original sets.

I think it's for the users to sort out and not the admins but it really doesn't make sense :s However, I don't think Firn has time to recolour an entire set in multiple colours and it looks like she picks out the more popular items.

Might be, but at the same time I'm not sure how many people use them to buy old Knuffels.

I feel like the most valuable investment you can make with a FC now a days is a popular MT set. I don't often buy entire sets any more. Back when the demon set was released, I bought a couple extras of that set but that was the last time.

I don't even remember the last entire set I bought.
I know a bought a Hyades mini set (still regrets I didn't have money for the other two), I bought a Lady Bonheur set.
But as for the MTs ... I think it was the Ganguro one.
I don't buy extra because I just can't manage to sell them when I do. I have still extras I bought during my first month on KoFK and still haven't managed to find the courage to part with them. And it's just extra ...

But you can also use them as a secondary currency for items or art.

idk. If I had the FC, I'd buy older Knuffu. Tho I agree that the prices in-store are too high. I'd rather buy them from other users.
