Yeah, it was shitty.
I only found out because my two besties had to stay.
It's never happened again, though.
The town losing power.

We kost power pretty often where I lived. Winter can be brutal like that. We once lost it for 3 days because a transformer blew during a storm.

I couldn't even imagine that. I feel so lucky to never have had to deal with that.
We had no AC for a few days and that pissed me off.
I had to eat popsicles and wear wet rags and have my fan on high constantly just to be cool enough to fall asleep.

It usually happens in the winter so we all bundle up or use a wood burning stove if we have it.

I only have gas heaters. They're pretty cool and they get a good use sometimes.
We typically don't get spring and fall.
By that I mean it's usually too damn hot or too damn cold.

We have summer, fall, pre winter, 1st winter, fools spring, 2nd winter, mud season, 3rd winter, and spring.

Yeah i think the first moon of spring is called the pink moon or worm moon.

I've seen a lunar eclipse ONCE.
I stayed up with my parents until after midnight and the moon was beautiful.

I've seen one. It was cool. The harvest moon is also cool and so is the super moon when they happen. Sorry for my absence. Life has been nuts. Right now its my day off and I'm still getting work calls and keeping tabs on everything over there.
