@ Serra - Knuffels really are a great source of fps. Good thing the trial knuffels exist. I remember the first knuffels we had on the site, hahaha~

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it was 4k per knuffel back then o.o

I mainly get my fps from selling stuff now though ... and posting ... and polls. Joining art contests really helped me at one point in time. (And that one raffle of a friend who left the site.)

I think there are still people buying art here. The prices can go up to thousands. I had an offer for 15k once ... and that was some time ago.

I have GIMP on the family PC. It's not too bad.

First I sketch them up with a pencil, then take a picture with my phone. After I upload them onto the computer I open them up on GIMP and work on the line art on the computer and then color and shade. All while using a mouse.

And that's a pretty decent way to do it. I have a couple times, though since getting a tablet I prefer to do everything digitally, including the sketch. My phone camera has....lighting issues XD

Well that works too. I can't afford a tablet. And even if I could I'd end up spending the money on something else I want. XD Yeah phone camera's have that issue.

You don't have to get a really expensive one! And since you already draw using a mouse, you'd probably get used to it quickly.

Which is not to say it's required, it's just what I prefer at least XD

I have a Turcom TS-6608. It seems to be eternally on sale on Amazon XD

It's a decent size, has a wireless pen, and is pressure sensitive. I'm assuming it's not anywhere near top of the line but it works well for me :3

Oh, that's good to know. My cousin was thinking of getting a tablet, but I don't know much about varying brands; I've only ever bought from Wacom. My current one is a Bamboo.

Do you use GIMP to draw too?

I used to use Krita. More recently I switched over to Clip Studio Paint. I haven't tried GIMP at all actually.

Fun fact, I tried Photoshop and it did not accept input properly from my tablet, oddly enough :/
