I've never heard them called finger steaks but xD
Finger steaks are strips of steak (usually top sirloin), battered with a tempura-like or flour batter, and deep-fried in oil.

They are good. Especially if you add some lemon zest to them :3
I think it's one of my dad's favorite foods because he asks my mom to make them a lot and she finds it annoying xD

Lemon is also good for the pork chops my mom makes.
I can barely eat meat, though...

I've had lemon on pork chops so makes sense to me. Lemon is also really good on most seafood.

Lemon is great on pretty much everything!
Lemon in your baked fish.
Lemon for your vinaggrette, so you can serve it with your salad.
Lemon sauce for your spaguetti.
Lemonade when you don't know what else to do with the last lemons left

I started watching baking shows and everyone always talked about lemon zest xD
They would say it makes food pop so since then I've enjoyed lemon zest in things x3
