I try to always keep a lemon or 2 in the fridge, too bad that you've got to buy 4 or 5 at once and it's sometimes hard to keep them from not getting mouldy... 'Cause pasta with lemon is just weird.

No, it's not weird!
You can make lemon and mint sauce for your spaguetti, it may sound weird but it does taste good.

Same here, I sometimes buy organic because they sell by the piece, but when I can't grab it I end up buying half a dozen and that's too much lemon.
In those cases I do lemonade, a lot of lemonade

Same happened to me with carrot or pumpkin cakes, first time I ate them I was not sure that could be really tasty, and now I love them.

Zucchini bread and muffins are amazing. My mom used to make them because they would grow way to many zucchini plants every year in their garden.
