Kingdom of Knuffel

I'm at work, but here we were chatting about RP things.

Makes me want to start a Knuffel-centric RP group on here. XD

I'm not big on RPs.

Ugh. It's 1 am and I have heartburn. Xp So no sleepy for me.

Aha, that's alright; it's not for everyone.

I enjoy many forms of story-telling, though, and I find RPs to be pretty flexible in that with the right group of people.

Oh no. D: Is there anything you can take for that?

I would be good with RPs if I had time. But I spend enough time writing my own comic to really spend time on an alternate story XD

Maybe someday though, when I get faster at drawing these things.

@MK: Tums. It works best. I just can't sleep now. u.u I can't win.

@Serra: Aha, I feel you. There's never enough time for me to do all the things I want to do, and in the end, I just multitask and do as many things as I can between doing everything else. XD I can't even tell you if it's a working strategy or not, but at least I'm kept entertained.


@DC: Well, you can always hang out with me! I'll be on for another hour, probably.

The essence of things is that you are allowed to like some things more than others, and you don't have to have the same opinions as others :)

After all, I've also have people tell me my art is, in essence, garbage XD All because I didn't practice enough before posting things.

@ red - I think you actually helped Serra by telling your opinion that you like another piece she made more. Most artists take that as constructive criticism. It also means that you took the time to look at her other drawings which I personally think was really nice of you to do. Some people out there just look at a drawing then post hate messages before even looking at other works.

Someone once posted a "Want more insta followers? Follow me back!" on a drawing of mine and I felt a bit offended. When I didn't follow that insta followers thing, it actually unfollowed me. It made me feel relieved because I got rid of someone who didn't really care about my art.
When I read a comment on one of my drawings that said "This is cute.", it made me feel ... wonderful. Even a small compliment like that goes a long way for an artist.

So your "I like it." is already enough to make an artist feel nice. "But I like your purple haired person better." Would make the artist work harder and feel great that you took the time to look at the other drawings and compliment another one rather than just stick to the one drawing she linked to you.
