I like the smoothness of fat ball point pens when writing. Also makes my hand writing kind of cute which is a plus.
But I hate how it looks like on a drawing xD
As for ink pens, there's no ... cuteness to it when I write with it. But it makes perfect line art for drawings.

I've been having a lot of fun with it, more than I expected. I'm not perfect or anything, but I think this will actually help me quite a lot when it comes to that confidence needed to draw quickly.

Makes me enjoy posting traditional art.
There was a time when I thought: "Ah ... that sucks. I need to make digital art to become a good artist."
But the whole inktober thing made me think it over ^_^

Oh yeah, definitely not required to be digital to be a good artist!
Digital is just better for me, though I still appear to have a bit more skill on the traditional side. I just have no easy way to put traditional art online XD

Aha, thanks! I've used the combo on another avvie before, ages ago. I actually made this avatar by modifying what I had for one of my old ones.
I like art of all forms --digital, traditional, whatever. Art is about expressing yourself and your take on a subject, so I think it's awesome, regardless of what skill level or medium it is.

It took me a looong while to understand that traditional art is just as good as digital ones =)
