Popodoki, unfortunately it is not a one-day-cold :( I am still sick, but it was just Saturday which was really bad, the other days were okay. I have to go to uni today and will stay there from 8.30am until 8pm, soooo yea let's hope I will be fit enough :)
& funny that your neighbour is being loud now

You should definitely keep it in mind, like the others said :D
jacob, I love how you wrote "I love to dress up on purpose" or something like that :D I sometimes do that, too (usually Tuesdays to uni xD), but not like wearing a nice dress which almost counts as an evening dress (but a short one).
Bird house sounds super cute!
And yea, I also only use disposable tissues and use them until there is no dry corner left xD I only need them when I have a cold.

Yeah I did more today, 12 min session instead of a attempted 7 that i did min of.
But it does the whole body and it's still kinda intense for me..

Starting with only this much time is great imho. It gives you an idea about your starting capabilities and it doesn't overwhelm as much as full on training. I intend to start again in February, 15 min a day for just 3 days a week. That's my starter pack for now xD

I hope you feel better soon Julez, and that you survive today o':
I ordered a yoga mat and a training band, going to try and get a lil home exercise routine started soon when I'm all healed up ~

I should get me a training band. I've used it in pilates classes in uni and really liked doing exercises with it, but I don't actually own one. Hm...

I only got those to start small, really don't want to throw money on real home exercising machines if I don't know if I'll even manage to really get myself working out with a simple stretch band xD

Popo, there's a lot of at home bodyweight only exercises you can do without any equipment!
I like using the videos on fitnessblender.com when I work out at home. They have a good search function, you can filter by what equpiment you have available, how much time you have, what you want to target and the difficulty level and stuff. They have tons for no equipment or just a mat.

Bodyweight is the best way to exercise in my opinion! :)
I need a fitness band, too....
Thanks, I survived yesterday quite well! Let's just hope today goes well, too ^.^
