Oh no Tam, I love dolls, I just don't know how to properly take care of them. My ex-wife and her mom had some fancy ball jointed dolls that, in all honestly, I should have learned more about.

Also, I watched Gargoyles a lot XD
Death Candy made this one huh? I've seen them around in other parts of the forums, been fun to talk to.

LOL BJD (ball jointed dolls) are overrated. They're expensive, hard to keep nice, and hard to play with. My own family (not collection, the only dolls I collect are KiSS sets and knuffel), is an eclectic mixture of orphans, rejects, and scruffs. I think the one I have closest to mint is EG Pinkie Pie... and she always defies reality.

Sephy has a much more respectable collection.

Yup, the gargoyle is DC's baby. She told us over in Cat Chat that she'd been drawing gargoyles, so we bugged her to make us one to adopt.

BJDs aren't for everyone, that's for sure. I have two, though the one is more a standard porcelain doll than true BJD, imo. I do have my eye on a couple that I really want to get someday, because I like the faces on 'em. one of 'em is a guy head, but I want the girl body for it because it looks a lot like me.

I would like to have one bjd, but...I have no idea what I would do with it, in all honesty. I just think they are really interesting. Can't argue with you about the cost though...they are really expensive to be sure.

I would love to see Sephy-chan's collection. I'm sure I'll get a chance to someday though.

Yes, I confess I have one too. She looks just like my Starpounder character, so I had to get her. But the poor thing's faded from blue to grey, and she's so floppy now that she can't even sit up. So she's in her box in the trunk. The big and little Obitsus are still out, though.

If you want a doll with lots of joints, I suggest an Obitsu. They can stand on one leg all day, if you have the stand for them. XD
