Well, technically I am, born in 93 ;) But I wasn't allowed to watch a lot of tv in my childhood, so there's a lot of 90s things I don't know.

Also born in 93. Bad memory and/or not really watching chip'n'dale. People vary, no matter if they are born in similar times or in different times... There's no such thing as a "character everybody knows", there's always someone who won't know, you can't assume everybody knows what you do and therefore it will be easy to guess for everyone. Just saying. Every thing is relative.
