It's a stupid question. I never know the right answer to it. It's easier for you because you're an extrovert and the world is made for people like you. I got rejected not too long ago because I was too quiet on the interview. Seriously. Thanks for making me feel like I'm worthless just because I'm shy and quiet. Well, I'm quiet, I don't do well in "dynamic environment" and apparently I can't do anything. Fuck yeah, I love my life.

I don't know if you meant me or Julez, but if it was me, I'm an introvert with social anxiety XD I sometimes hide behind things when people are walking by so they won't see me 8D

Haha I don't know whether it's a good or a bad thing to have a reputation as an introvert...

Well, hang on. Things are hard, but you'll get through it. It's a good thing to recognise that your mental shape isn't great, now just remember that when it's making you feel bad, it's just your mental shape :qh:

I remembered, because you mentioned it a couple times ^^ Plus I noticed, as a fellow introvert xD

Thanks *hugs* Sorry for being a mean B. I'm slightly better now, did a small meditation (and fell asleep, lol) earlier today and then just proceeded to make some dinner. It turned out okay, so I'm happy about that.
Might need to meditate more within the next few days though :mcheh:

Sounds goo ^^ Meditation's been proven to help with so many things, I keep meaning to turn it into a habit myself.

I got the issue out~~ there's lots of things I need to sort out for tomorrow but I feel a bit calmer at least.

I don't do it regularly myself, I tend to do it when I'm really stressed. I used to do some reiki to myself but haven't done that in ages... Maybe I should take it up ;>_>

Sounds like a good way to cope with stressful things to do meditation :) Glad you were able to take care of yourself like that! That's very admirable :) When I feel bad I generally do things that make matters worse like just procrastinating or lying around in bed, which doesn't help at all and only makes me feel worse. So good job for doing something actually helpful!

I've never really tried meditating myself, wouldn't even really know how to get into it. What is reiki?

I should really do it more often. I just play something like Tibethan singing bowls and gongs and just focus on breathing and relaxing my body and mind.
But believe me, most of the time I do the same things you do. Procrastination is my middle name XD
Reiki is a form of healing through your energy (or chi/ki). I'm at level one and am actually authorized to perform it on others too, but haven't in a long time. Maybe tonight before I go to bed, it usually makes you really calm, fresh and relaxed :mcgrin:

I ended up feeling really drained and meh now that all the hectic energy is gone. I have to be up early and I'm dreading it already. Also it's going to cost me more than double the usual for my train ticket because I'm travelling at peak time D: I have a rail card which helps out after 10am, but before 10am I have to pay full price, and they add on some for it being the main commuter time as well.
