I was just then just rubbing the dog's back with my restless right foot and now my calf got some sharp pain but I stretched that leg out and it's kinda gone but foot is pins and needles tingly.
So massage it works hey? I'll try that. I tend to sleep on my back. I admit my mattress is a foam one. I guess it needs flipping again =/
Thank you though for making my fear of blood clots lessen. I use my pill to skip so the fear is rather there... but I hate my periods and the anxiety, etc they give me (bad cramps, back pain, extreme body temperature changes which includes the need to stay very warm to stop cold flushes and then prompting hot flushes, hunger, to not very hungry, not feeling well, panic attacks, mood swings, bloating, weight loss).

I have the same with my period, but the pill isn't an option for me cause it doesn't stop them, it only makes them unpredictable... So yeah... (I also have most of those symptoms, except weight loss cause I just gain weight then...

)
I've not heard of a bloodclot from that that feels like you say, but if you're worried, I'd say that if the restless leg persists too long (like a week) then maybe head to a doc's just to make certain...
(but as far as I hear it really sounds like I felt when I had trouble with that..)

Mm
So how do you get it massaged? I can't afford someone else to so would like to try myself.
Yeah if still weird next week I'll go to gp. I don't think it's clot but it's got potential.
My toe throbs haha.. Oops

The problem is actually that if pressure/heat on the tensed muscles in your leg doesn't help, then it's in your back like it was with me... It's kind of hard to do that yourself...
I know that if you go down someone's vertebrae, you can often (not always) feel where the muscles are most tensed and applying pressure in circular motions on the knots can help lessen that and smooth the tension away, but that usually hurts right up until the moment your muscles loosen...
What did help me though was relaxation exercises that focus on relaxing your muscles one by one. That and lying on a hard surface (for me the floor) sometimes helps straighten your back, but then I add in a heatcushion on the part of my back that's causing the trouble.... That alongside a good night's sleep usually fixes me up quite well, but when it really does get too bad, then I head over to get that massage...
Sorry I can't be more of a help... This is kind of a difficult thing to fix on your own since most people can't reach their own vertebrae... I did give you all the smaller things I've found help though... I hope they work for you?

I hope they work for me :)
I'll try them out tomorrow. I hope today though walking around helps.
Although it seems like a rainy day

If you skip the last week of your pills it will stop your period.
Just go to the next ones when you have your period pills left.

feather:
I did all the correct things, it's just that taking those pills (even when not messing around with times) just eventually makes me irregular...
I started them cause I was irregular in that they lasted longer. Over time they've tried over 15 different kinds... Eventually I was on the REALLY heavy stuff due to other meds and even those still ended up with making me more irregular than usual (as in it not only didn't improve the length of time I had them, it also made them unpredictable)
So I just live without and will figure something out once I have need for something. Until then I live pillfree
Kaelin: yes, If it's the same I had, then walking improves your condition sometimes as well, cause it constantly requires different muscles rather than just one, and it moves your own balance around so your back moves accordingly (helping the pinch on the nerves)

Not as good as yours, Moi.
I had to use the all natural pill because the others gave me headaches.
But now I just get the shot every 3 months, and am fine.
