I ended up remembering an alternate RP concept that I wanted to explore, but kept putting on the backburner, btw. I made a thread to gather folks (hoping for a group RP, but I could do one-on-ones for it as well), if you want to check it out. :3

Aye. I wanted to explore the concept of squibs being educated in witch culture. Are they not considered witches because they're unable to cast spells? Even so, they still have more magic than a muggle; they have potential in their blood, and they have a way with animals/familiars. It makes you wonder what they can or can't do, and how they would feel about it.

Tbh, I've always had a soft spot for the underdogs. When I created my Hufflepuff OC, I gave him sisters, with one being a squib. As I expanded on the story, I realized that she had quite a promising story.


Aetheri-Verse is the transforming beings concept I told you about. The only thing I've progressed in (plot-wise) for that story is that there are six elemental islands, and for some reason, outside elements are bleeding into/corrupting each island in some way. The Aetheri (the elemental beings) have to go out and find a way to restore balance.

That's goal number 1, anyways. Second goal is unlocking a sort of ultimate form where they can perform powerful magic.

Also, that sounds fair. I generally can't balance more than one or two RPs myself, but those are generally 1x1 and tend to consist of monster posts.

I'm already creating characters for the Bloodstone story (to be renamed); one main, and a ton of side characters and am drawing up character concepts. Feeling really inspired with it. X3

I was thinking about that earlier. I wonder if magic is involved though, even if it's not incantations. I mean, you still have to add ingredients in a certain order and certain increments; you have to stir a certain direction or a certain number of times. Maybe there is still magic there, even if it remains unspoken. Otherwise, why haven't muggles been able to use it?

Aha, there's no rush since I haven't even set up a profile template yet! I might modify some that I have lying around, since I tend to collect 'em.

Aha, well, the RP wouldn't be exactly HP canon, so I'll have to draw up some guidelines before anything.
