It's coming to the end of a 4 day weekend here and I'm sad that I haven't had a day where I can just do nothing lol

I kind of want a detox day where I don't do anything on my phone or PC but it's just hard nowadays because I have so much access to important or interesting things.

Also ugh - it annoys me when people say "young" kids are on their phone too much but most of them are on facebook 24/7

i just say younger generations. since they're mostly a generation ahead of me. xD;; like they're all vloging and youtubing and tiktoking. and i'm like "what is that stuff??" sometimes. xD;; my sister probably knows more social stuff than me and she's only 6 years younger....8U as for me, i don't know heads or tails about it. xD;;

a new room item i will never use? okay then. XD Carmine? is that a color we normally have? 8U i feel like ive never heard of that color on KofK before lol.

I do notice a difference according to ages, and for me those who make an intensive use are up to their mid-30s.
Most people my age (I'm in my 40s) do not use it so much, and definetely it's not usual seeing someone in their 50s or above checking their social media every 5 minutes.
Obviously it's a generalization, but that's what I observe around me.

Yeah I’m also in front of a screen alot. Either at work or at home, I’d most likely be reading off a screen these days. 8U

I have a kindle for reading.
Which is an screen, of course, but a different kind of screen.
No mindlessly browsing there xD

Yeah I find, at least in my area, it seems to be more like 50+ that are on their phones all day.

I don't think it's even an inherently "bad" thing, since technology moves along with us and it's just part of our daily lives. Just don't believe everything you read on the internet mum!!

Sometimes I wonder if I should just get an ereader or a tablet. But they’re bigger than my little itouch and won’t fit into a pocket so…xD
