I didn't do any yesterday. Spent the morning getting to my Grandad's funeral and the whole evening getting back 
There were roadworks that closed off our exit from the motorway JUST before we got there, and since J insists on using Google Maps instead of getting his old TomTom out and updating it, it didn't tell us about the delay when we still could have got off the motorway early. Ended up having to travel 30 minutes in the wrong direction to get off at the next place, then we were stuck behind lorries on the slow back lanes coming home. It was past the time I wanted to go to bed by the time we got back.
Had lots of other bad news this week, now I just feel pretty defeated. Today is going badly already too.

Haven't done any clicking in days either...
I was at a concert two days ago, it was a band from England. The had another band play before the, they are called Flash Forward (a German one). I talked to the guys from the German band for quite a while, I am still in contact with two of then xD

Me too. I had an okay day the rest of yesterday, although now I have disciplinary issues with one of my interns to deal with.
I don't get people sometimes... she did something wrong so I called her out on it, told her what she needs to do in future, and (as this is the second time), I also let her know that it wouldn't be tolerated a third time. She then basically argued back and said she was shocked at my message and didn't know what to take from it.
Er... take from it that as your manager, I'm giving you official written notice of your poor behaviour and that you're about to get fired? Like, seriously. Correct answer is "yes sir/madam, this is what I'm going to do to ensure it doesn't happen again" no matter what the issue is or who your manager is. How can someone fail to grasp that on a basic level? Or not understand that if you don't perform your job, you won't have one anymore?
Also just rofling at the idea that she was basically trying to tell me off for sending her a disciplinary message... no girl, YOU'RE the employee, I'm the boss :'D
Oh lol rant over. I don't see her staying long in the team if she doesn't pull off the hugest backpedal ever seen in the history of time :'D
Meanwhile it rained at last yesterday! But then it also got hot again right away, so half yay half boo.

@jacob: Lol, that girl, srsly. Also, sorry you're having a rough time.
Meanwhile, I was watching the Harry Potter films this past week with Ash and today we also watched 12 Angry Men and The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. As much as I enjoyed the first film, the western was just okay. I'm not that fond of the genre I guess.
I found out my mom began smoking again and I may have overreacted a lil' bit. Also found out, she's afraid to call me, I'm like, lol, likewise XD

Sooo she's no longer on the team XD I literally called her out on the basic level, minimum requirements for the job and she said she wasn't able to do them. I mean really. GOODBYE THEN ugh some people
I haven't seen 12 Angry Men yet. All the rest, though :D OMFG I would also certainly overreact if I found that out, although it wouldn't be an overreaction, because cancer

Watch it sometime, it's really good despite being a film without any special effects, recorded in mainly one room and with basically just dialogue and no other action, but it's brilliant. The older version, I mean. We attempted to watch the remake, but the original black and white one was far more convincing :D
Yeah, cancer, our family has a story with it, her dad died of lung cancer and she's been complaining about her cough for several years now, something she can't shake off after quitting smoking. And now she just causally tells me "I'll just go for a smoke" and expects me to be cool with it. Nu-uh, if ya smokin', better don't come back, might as well jump out that window or something.
And then when she asked me what my problem was (duh! isn't it obvious?) I told her I used to be proud of her once she finally quit and that now I'm kind of, you know, disappointed. And what does she tell me? "Well, you know, I'm also disappointed you can't find a job for so long." Oh, thanks, for saying things out of spite just because you feel hurt by my reaction that actually proves I care about you. Well done, mom, very mature of you.
Gosh, I think my mom would be in Slytherin... (I'm kind of on a Potter hype again, don't mind me. #HufflepuffFTW)
So because I basically can never keep my cool and my mom can never shut up, we ended up yelling some and crying some and now she's all like "oh noes, I ruined our relationship again". And I know she doesn't believe me when I tell her it's just that I was really shocked at the revelation and it surprised me so I might've overreacted a little bit, but otherwise we're fine. :')

Right? And then on the other scale I have someone else on the team who, when I asked if she wanted to take on more responsibility, literally said yes so quickly I hadn't even finished asking yet XD
It sounds good! I like black and white movies anyway :D
Ugh that's annoying. She should know better.

Right? Ugh, mothers. XD Or more like, mothers with anxiety and other mental stuff that you have yourself, lol.
It's soooo hot, I'm melting again. Last week I was walking in my panties only and a top of my bikini. Then one day someone was at the door and I'm like, F it, I'm not putting any clothes on XD It looked like some canvasser or someone like that anyway.
Cotton&Candy are seriously not taking that weather well. I try to make it easier for them, like giving them cold green cucumber to eat and putting ice cubes in their water and giving them a quick bath with lukewarm water (they panic as always, but somehow less than usual, so I take it they like the cold right after XD). I just put a big bowl of water with ice cubes in their cage to maybe cool them down or the air at least to some extent. They don't seem to get the idea, although when Ash was having his foot (with fractured toe) in a bowl of cold water and it was less hot than now, they were awfully interested in that bowl xD Maybe it's about the foot in it?
But yeah I put some really thin clothes on today, I should go grocery shopping but..... I don't want to.... It's too hot

Hey guys, I am back! I was on a trip with Nihal (my cousin) and Merrymaking :) So nice to actually meet people from kofk :D
jacob, it is a good decision you fired that girl! In my company we also had such a girl, she refused hard work, but felt superior to doing the easy/dull work. Seriously, what are you doing here then?
Yea, it is really nice that there are people who are willing to work hard!
Haha thanks mem, the funny thing about the band is that the guy I am still writing with (only with one of them now) has a girlfriend (I know that since today) and he is all flirty! Not the obvious kind, he is subtle, but he writes stuff you should not write if you have friendship only in mind I guess. Interesting.
I am sorry to hear that your mum started smoking again :/ I would hate if my dad started again (after 20 years of being smoke-free).
I reached rank 9 now and I won't go any highter. Just bought the girl knuffel.
