They do that often, I think. If you watch two cats they'll paw at each other with the same paw and same pace quite often.

The Kingdom is obviously the Kingdom of Knuffel. This was me talking about friending staff. I just need Starkad on my friendlist and my domination of the Kingdom will be complete. >:D
