The chips were good.
annd I have a headache, I took nurofen for it but still not going away so may have to go lay down for a bit

I had a terrible headache yesterday, had to take some ibuprofen before going to bed. Then today it's kind of back, but I'm not sure if it's because our upstairs neighbour has some renovation again (for a second week, omg, I'm going nuts with the drilling!
) or if it's because of weather changes. It sounds like we might get a small thunderstorm in a while. I often get weather-related headaches

@Mem building work is my actual nightmare. When we moved in here they were still building the rest of the complex, and also when we lived at the house before last they were replacing the upstairs windows and outer facade for like 4 months, so I am D O N E with it. So noisy all the time 
Probably good that you're going out these few days to get away from it.

It's really going out for 2 hours or so, and not every day either. But today they seemed to have finished earlier than usual, so I'm kind of hoping I won't wake up to another drilling tomorrow

wanna know the amusing thing... I have frozen chips I can cook in the grill...
I was just too tired/lazy/upset to do so Monday.
And tomorrow's shopping and I don't have a lot of things I want to cook a good meal with. And the mince we have is a big lot and I'm saving that for tomorrow night so I'm just going to have a bunch of crinkle cut chips for dinner tonight.

I still say you deserved it, even if frozen chips are easy to cook they still take time and effort :3 also you didn't have to go buy something else for tonight as a result so I think that's a win.

that's true
though I feel kfc chips don't agree with me much nowadays. I feel frozen ones are okay though.. I dunno what the issue is though with kfc ones besides being I guess cooked in a unhealthy way =/

They're probably cooked in more, or a different kind of, oil. Also the batter coating may be different. KFC have their own special batter mix from what I recall, so maybe there's a herb or something that doesn't agree with you in what they use.
