Yea, mom still complains that its her neck and spine that hurts her, not her wrists. she doesn't seem to under stand that they are all connected in one form or another. x.x,

Back pains can also be caused by stress. You might try having her sit backwards in a chair and kneading her back muscles about once a month.

they did weekly back massages and stuff as part of the therapy. It didn't help.

They thought it was her herniated disk but the dr who looked at the MRI thingy said its herniated but not enough that its touching the spinal cord. so he sent her to my wrist dr.

Did you know smoking can also be a cause of back pain *u* she's finally attempting to stop smoking after hearing this!

She's finally going to quit?! That's awesome!

Yea so she says. I keep catching her with a cig from time to time and she wants to know WHY i don't trust her.

I also keep telling our Family Friends to not smoke around her or buy/give her cigs.. and the perv was all "She's a grown woman. she can do as she likes." so I was, She WANTS to quit but you wont help that if you give her cigarettes and smoke around her D<


but yea, I brought out the therapy putty, and told her if she has a craving to smoke to either use the putty, go for a walk or suck on candy.

She should totally suck on candy! She should get a big 'ol box of peppermint sticks for when she feels like smoking.

she has these little old timey hard candies but she's run out xp

O.o What flavor were these hard candies?

er. i am not too sure xp i don't eat them. i think cinnamon or something

Ew. Cinnamon candies are nasty. She should get root beer flavored ones next time. Or cherry. Or lemon.
