You could dunk your legs in warm-hot water and stay there for a while to relax your muscles... and then after drying them, use moisturizer and massage them from thigh to ankle, just slowly moving and sliding. I don't know, but it sounds right.

I would say soak them in Epsom salt and lavender oil

As of right now I have no phone at home. Our internet is off and our phone is Magicjack so therefore no phone. I will try to get at the library to communicate with you until we can get the net turned back on. So I'm posting this in all the places I frequent to let you all know.

got no bath but I had a hot shower last night and put the high pressure on my leg :)

then after put voltaren gel on it. I think that's mostly worked. My leg is still slightly twitchy at times but not all around fidgety like the other two days

If a friend is spending the night I'm liable to kick them awake oops

My bed is a queen or sommat (one of the two-person beds) and my floor is a mess so it's just easier for both of us to use the bed
