They sure can - so glad that my new house already has fairly decent appliances so hopefully won't need to replace anything for 5 to 10 years at least.

I've been renting for the past however many years so if anything had to be replaced it was the landlord's responsibility ... and they always replaced things with refurbished second hand stuff ... now if anything breaks down in the new house it will be my responsibility

I think its always better to go for the investment rather than the quick temporary fix. Better to spend more but only have to spend once!

I personally hope I can find a place that has good appliances already installed haha
if not I'll have to drag my dad with me to go shopping for those things, I'm no expert c':

With those things I was pretty lucky.
Bought my first kitchen from the ones that left the flat we were moving in for 150€ iirc.
Only thing we bought new was the fridge.
And we still have it, and it works.^^

I'd pay extra just to move in a place where everything is already in order c':
I had a pretty good weekend, went to a cosplay event on Saturday and now I'm waiting for the pictures to show up. And tonight I'm going to the cinema with my mom
anyone else did something this weekend or has cool week plans?

Just did lots of packing, watched a lot of Harry Potter, and went to Dairy Queen last night for icecream
