I also started reading The Passengers by John Marrs. Rare for me, I picked this one up at random in the supermarket. I usually don't do that but I felt like treating myself when I got it.

Thanks! What is a book mess? I would imagine something like a big sale?

Ohh that's cool. Will it have authors there in person or is it more about the sales?

I found the information about it online. It looks really cool! I never heard of it before now.
I have never been to Germany before either, so maybe next year I could consider going. I have had book reviews published so I could probably get a press pass and then just have to pay for hotel/transport. I could tick off an exciting event and a new country both at once :D

jacob, you should definitely do that! And plan as many days as you can! It started on Wednesday and will end on Sunday. As Alice said, it's open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays, but pretty recently (few years maybe?) they allowed students to come during the week also (next to press, authors etc.) so it was pretty cool.
The fair is HUGE, I managed to see 2 big halls only, so you really have to choose what interests you most!
And yea, authors were there, a bit of TV as well, I even so a game, magazines, illustrators etc. :) And they are from everywhere!
