English is weird.

Aha, aye. My original username was "Mechanical Hart" because I thought it made for a cool imagery, but my Gaia account got compromised, so I changed the name to what it is now. I like it though; Mikael Hart sounds like a legit name.

It does indeed, I thought it was a book character or something at first haha

Ohh. Well, I wouldn't mind if my name had a protagonistic ring to it. XD

I thought it was the name of an OC of yours XD

I've made an OC with my name before --or a couple, really. The one that stuck is my persona: a chain-smoking deer with an eye patch an a sarcastic personality. (( LINK ))

He's also featured as one of four protagonists in a world-hopping story I wrote with a friend. That story actually revolves around a prince, with Mikael being his friend and adviser. There's also a child-like magician girl, and a tomboyish female knight. Although these characters may call up some popular tropes, the story was incredibly fun to write, as the quartet had a wide-range of relationship types and character development. Mikael was the least developed though. *facehands*

Thanks. I actually enjoyed working on those four a lot with my friend, to the point that I might just flesh out the story in a proper fic some day. It actually had a wide cast (a few new characters for every world, a set main antagonist and named cronies, etc.) It was one of the best collaborations between my friend and I.

I'd definitely have to work on Mikael more first, though. I need to find a different angle for him.
