The game seems to be from 2013.
But I would recommend you to go with the anime.
It might appear easier to questionaire for that.

It is a visual novel.

Well I would say it is an interactive Manga/comic.
Where you can choose between interactional options.
Anyway. I found the videos about the game while searching for the anime episodes.
