Thanks guys :)

It's near the city center, very easy to get to from where I live. I just basically take the subway and then walk 3-4 minutes from there XD Overall it takes about 30-40 minutes to get there, but in a convenient way.
The salary is decent, I must say I didn't expect it to actually exceed my salary in the Greek company, but yeah, it slightly does. I was expecting it to be much smaller, so it's a nice surprise.
The whole team will be new so I won't be the only one knowing shit xD Also, my team will be cooperating with Spain so I'm like "yay, Spanish time" XD I don't think I'll be able to talk to them in Spanish though, my Spanish sucks balls for now :mcargh:
My new Stefan arrived today, I'm writing from it right now... I have no idea how to turn on the Home and End buttons, as they are secondary functions of left and right arrows :mccry: Also there's something off here on kofk, in the art (avies and items in general, knuffels are fine), it's blurry and no idea how to fix it... Well, I'll ask Ash, maybe he'll save me :mcheh:

@Julez: We're thinking about hitting Milan and try getting into a soccer game XD And I'm pretty sure Ash wanted to see Venice and possibly Assisi. But anyway, I have to start looking for some info and try making some travel plan, see how much things would cost and how much we can spend etc. It's really a last minute thing, but well, maybe next year we'll actually plan ahead instead :mcsweat: And Italy isn't the only option I should look into.
It's already 2pm aaargh :mcdead: Got my period and haven't drank anything all day... Stress :mcsweat: There's too much going on at once and I'm getting confused and dizzy ;>_>

Oh, is it expensive to travel from city to city, let's say by train or something?

Sounds great, mem!!

I cannot say anything about Asissi or Milan, but I think Italy in general is nice :)

Well, I think the subway is pretty cheap, each way costs 1,50€ (you need coins only for the machines though). It's very convenient. It's easy to walk in the city centre though. There are many busses, but we only used the shuttle to and from the airport to the main train station which was 5€ per way and took 30 minutes. So Rome is pretty simple I'd say.

As for the transportation between cities, I cannot tell ya much. We went to Naples and Florence by high speed train, but I don't know how much the tickets were as the price was included in the tours we booked. But I think that's quite expensive, I'd say 50€ per way? Dunno.

That's still helpful, thanks for sharing ^^
Ash doesn't really want to book any trips, just to do everything himself. He feels restrained otherwise. That's why I'm a little overwhelmed, because he pushes all the research on me "because he wants to learn something at work" while he has nothing to do there for this month (or the next one, for that matter). I didn't even get an answer as to what he's learning. I think it's some program or something. Or maybe C++, SQL whatever, Idk.
It might be the period talking, but he annoys me lately :mcargh:

But he helped me out some with new laptop, so that's nice.

Wooo Mem confetti rain!!! Congrats :D Sounds like a great opportunity as well.

I've been to Rome, Amalfi, Pompeii, and Naples too! I love them all. Naples wasn't so bad when I was there but then this was ten years ago. Rome I've been to more than once, I really like it there even in spite of how touristy it is.

All this travel talk reminds me it's only a little more than a week til we will be in Paris. So much still to prepare D: thankfully we figured out we can walk everywhere from the hotel, so no need to think about booking train passes in advance or anything. I like to have an easy holiday xD Although we do have to get up stupid early to go there on the first day.

And regarding the spam call, I'm never bothering to answer it XD I already saw from online reports that it's just a business trying to scam people so I just block the numbers they use one by one.

My dad gets some stupid calls and I tell him to just block the numbers but he says it's pointless because they'll just call from another number... So I say, block the new one as well XD And he's like nope :mcsweat: Oh dad... x.x

jacob, did you write your post in red or pink as always? Because to me it's more red and I wonder if there's more things wrong with my new notebook... Because it's not right, I can tell you that XD

Same colour code as always! Your screen is probably just calibrated slightly differently to the last one. All monitors have different colour settings. As a photographer I'm supposed to calibrate my screen to standardised settings but I don't bother, I just have to bear in mind that I know my screen has a slight purple tint to it when I'm editing.

You just need to find the setting for screen colour and take a little red out :D

Yeah, didn't work that well...

We decided to go to Rome in April, and now we'll go to some mountains and maybe cross the border with Czech and go see something there.
Edit: Another change of plans. We'll go about Prague-Vienna-Budapest and back to Warsaw. Unless we'll go effing broke on the way, then we'll probably stay forever in Budapest :mcargh:

I like Budapest. Staying there forever sounds like a good plan XD
