Well, the idea of crossing a small stream is neat. So is the idea of climbing over rocks. :D
Doing all that while carrying huge backpacks though...

well first I'd find a good camping spot and set down all my heavy stuff...then I'll bring a smaller bag with me with a few necessities and then go hiking...xD at least, that's the general idea...xDDDD

Ahaha I really like camping. We go on a few day trip every year with as many people that want to go.
We don't trek out in large backpacks tho. We just drive further into the mountains, pick a spot, and unload everything from the trucks. (though it's a buuuuumpy ride up there)
There weren't many mosquitos this year. At least not around me. We got some tiki torches to put around the perimeter of camp and they worked wonders! My dad got eaten up by the bugs tho since he slept a bit out of camp lol.
We usually just bring water with us when we hike. But we usually have dogs and we know the area pretty well so there's not a lot of fear of getting lost. *there's no port-a-potties for miles tho* no bathroom is definitely my least favorite part. Especially being the only girl. There's no one to complain to about how much trouble it is to have to walk really far just so no one can see. @_@ Boys just turn around and expect you to not look! wtf!

Camping doesn't sound at all appealing to me but I have to admit, I bet in the mountains it's beautiful.
The bathroom bit, for ladies, ugh. Yeah, can't say i'd be too fond of that either, Raine.

Yeah it's fun with the people I go with, since it's mostly family and people I'm close to.
The mountains this time of year are gorgeous too. *__* All the wildflowers are blooming and they went CRAZY this year from all the rain. So everything was covered in yellow, pinks, white, blues, ect. There were some really vibrant red flowers too. *A* You had to be careful when walking cause there were so many everywhere. <3 And the weather was perfect the whole time, no rain or heavy winds. =u=
yeah seriously tho boys have it easy for peeing. D: I'd have to walk out like 5-7 minutes to get far enough away that I couldn't see much of camp. @_@ It was so scary at night, I'd make sure to bring all 4 dogs with me in case there was something out there, lol.
But the stars are just. They take your breath away.

I've only seen a starry sky in person once. I guess it'd be worth it to go camping to see it again. :')
