Yeaaaaaaah I live near/right on the outskirts of TORONTO, Ontario so...xD;; yeaaaaah cities and the burbbss...xD lots of light pollution like everywhere....xD;; we do have parks though but still...xP

I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Which is like mostly hiking trails and nature park things. Lots of rocks everywhere really. So many rocks.

I can see the stars where I live (small town girl), but never a lot, cause the larger cities are too close... I love them more than anything though... Whenever I couldn't sleep (which was A LOT of times) I'd just sit in my window and look at the stars humming a lullaby (weird habit, I am aware) and I'd be able to rest afterwards...
Since I moved home again I can't do that anymore though....
I'd love to try camping, sadly I wouldn't know where to do that out here... The only friends I know who like camping think they're so tough and I wouldn't make it, so they refuse to try and plan a camping trip where I can be a member... (never mind that half of those people never went hiking and I did every summer)
They seem to think that because I like my house cleaned and I like to take a shower (and prefer not to get puked on) that I wouldn't be able to handle staying outdoors... no good reasons if you ask me...

@ moi- ahaha yeah I'm too nice or innocent or something cause I kept getting uncomfortable that they were being mean. XD But it was still a nice anime with really pretty art.
@ Vineda- Aww D: That's not nice of them. Camping isn't even that bad, I don't really understand why some people think others 'couldn't make it'. I mean you're only out there a short time. We only stay for 2 nights. Yeah you get dirty, but it's not that bad. Especially if you bring some like wet wipes or just paper towels and water. @_@
LOL they haven't been hiking, but they think they're tough? What do they... even do...???? I have no idea what you could do camping if you're not hiking part of the time. Maybe it's the mountains here, but like... you're practically hiking just walking around, hahahaha.
We do like partly-easy camping. Like we're not near many other people and there's no toilets, plus it's not a designated camp site. But we bring lots of nice things to make it enjoyable, like an air mattress to sleep on and a lot of foods I made ahead of time (like stew or chili).

They don't hike a lot. Like a few miles a day... If we go someplace in the city I'm the one saying we could walk there and they insist on going by bike cause it's too far. I have no clue how they deal with camping. I just really dislike their reasoning... (luckily, other than that they're ok. Or they'd really be written off in my book)

Ahhh hahaha sounds like they maybe get kinda lazy in the city? XD
The boys I go camping with are kinda like that. They'll hike when we camp or go to the mountains, but if we're in the city suddenly everything is so far away and they'd prefer to drive or w/e
=A= I wish more girls I knew would come camping with me. My bf's mom usually comes, but she had work so I was all alone. I used to have a few friends that tried to go, but they only went like 1-2 years cause they didn't like the bugs.

bugs and camping are normal.... Just as long as they don't expect me to touch spiders or walk through a giant spiderweb (when I can walk around it just as easily) I'm good...

Agreed. I'm a lot better around spiders than I used to be, but I will not walk through a web or let it get on me. @_@
*cries* I forgot how tedious lineart for a fullbody is. I've been doing so many chibi sized adoptables that I haven't actually lined a fullbody is a long time. @_@ I've been lining this one for like 3 hours today and I've barely got anything done.

Yeah... apparently to them I'm a wuss for disliking spiders... I don't much care. When it comes to bees they're terrified... I can dislike spiders all I want. *huffs*
