well that's the thing about our market . It's the seller option to either put a buy now price or auction it unlimitley . No one makes them auction an item , it's there decision and there risk . Sometimes the item can be sold for an even bigger price than the seller hoped for , sometimes for a smaller , but it's a risk the seller is asuming . Not to mention that the seller can put the minimum price in an auction , so I don't see how it's really unfair to the seller .

As for the other bidders ... Well in every auction there are more people interested in an item and only one winner , so thenicaly speaking no mater what form of auctioning an item someone uses , the other bidders will never going to be pleased they didn't win
