Well, technically you cannot just use any random image on facebook too. That's because of copyright issues and not a matter of facebook or KOfK, but images are being used widely on the internet ignoring copyrights, just like for example in user's signatures (technically I am even doing it on my mule's signature O.o), so I do not see the harm here as it is neither used for commercial purpose nor claimed to be your art.
(Though I still feel like pointing out that if you take it really strictly posting someone else's art or photo anywhere on the internet, may it be facebook, tumblr or kofk is no allowed. We all do it anyways)
