Meags, we don't get a Zodiac set every month, but a set consisting of 8 items for 1 FC as a Monthly Treasure. We had some zodiac themed sets (including Libra, as Firn just stated, we also had taurus and aquarius) but we mostly don't get zodiac themed sets but something else

I know, I suspect it's a little confusing, especially if the first monthly set you notice is a zodiac set :P

While I'm a Pisces, I'd be happy just with the forehead mark and background for Pisces. I think we have enough fishy items. 
Wouldn't say no to a Pisces set, but I'd be happy with a mini Pisces set.
