If one was "really really small" (as in smaller than the other entries, which means smaller than 700pixel in hight or/and 600pixel in width), then it was because that was the original size the artist submitted it in (I think I know which one you mean). I cannot make entries bigger than how I got them.

Just voted on them all. Not many entries this time, huh...

To be honest, I thought they were ALL nicely drawn.

But on the other hand none of them really caught my eye as an stunning piece of art, as happened in previous contests.
I did not give the max score to any of them this time...

I think that none of them really stood up because there were pretty much all really nicely done. It normal for a contest with a lot of entries to be surprised by one when the previus entries were average, but in this one it's just one after another!
At least that's how I see it

I'm quite sure that's the reason, because none of them made me frown either
As I said before, ALL were beautiful -just quite equally beautiful and for me it would be tough saying I liked some above others.
