the Gamestop in the mall keeps hiring idiots too... i have to go to a few towns over to that gamestop to get decent customer service >->

The one here, they'll have their family and friends in the store hanging out while people are trying to shop.

the one time a girl sat RIGHT in front of the cashregister. only 2 people were working, one was dealing with another customer and another was just standing there looking stupid. I couldn't GET to his register because someones sister or girlfriend was RIGHT THERE on the floor playing her 3DS D:< and ALL i wanted were my pokemon event cards..

The second time, this dude has his family with him.. dad, little brothers... the one little brother like.. 5 goes up behind the counter where its suppose to be workers only and takes a case off the counter.. I say something and the guy goes "its alright, its empty"

.. um.. empty or not YOU SELL those cases.. Used games... some times they take the NEW games out of the packages to makesure they don't get stolen... so.. ITS NOT ALL RIGHT! I once picked up a case to ask if they still had the game, and it was all busted. Gee I WONDER WHY! D:<

And I preordered games from this gamestop.. never got my preorder bonuses.. the workers there are known to get away with giving the bonuses to friends who didn't preorder...
