Yeah, we originally went to the emergency room in the middle of the night. Then we found out that it was a 34mm stone, which is apparently HUGE. Most are more like 6ishmm. So they did surgery, and they put in a stent for a while, then he had to go back in to get it taken out, and now he's on medication to keep new ones from forming and could be on it for the rest of his life.

I'm in central New York, and we get tons of snow, and I HATE it!

Are you in high school or college, Chryso?

Community college! I'm about a semester or so away from graduating, and I'm so nervous...

I wish I could just get paid to go to college forever. If I could, I'd just stay for as long as possible.

Me too! I was a wonderful student, and I really enjoyed it. Since graduating, I've found that I'm not good at much else!

Hopefully, I'll become an editor, if I do well. :mcsquee:

Part of my problem was that I didn't pick a very practical major, and I never learned to drive. I majored in Criminal Justice at community college, then I switched to Psychology at a 4 year college, but then I could only work part-time since I didn't drive.

Oh man that must be rough, Sanssouci, all the things your partner went through. :( I also hope he doesn't have lupus!

I used to hate making phone calls, but I don't really mind anymore somehow. I do remember as a kid one time my dad made me call the bookstore to see if they had my school textbook on sale and my heart was racing so fast I was so scared hehe. But now I just got used to them or something. :P

Also, Sanssouci, I get you on the driving part...I technically have my license but I got it by accident! I applied for a permit and they accidentally gave me a license but we asked them about it and they said there's nothing they can do...I can sort of drive and I drove a lot over the summer, but my hometown is WAY easier to drive in than here, so I'm a bit scared hehe (plus I can't afford a car yet so I suppose it's a moot point). Luckily public transit is fantastic here but I am still slightly limited in where I can work.

Chrysothemis, I'm glad finals are ending for you! :mclaugh: That's one part of school I don't miss hehe, though I do miss going to interesting lectures...What kind of editor do you want to become?
