Which is weird because it never used to.

I can't help but question why because I want an answer.

I was told today I'm stubborn and so is my whole family.
But we have good hearts in our family.
I asked my uncle today if liking horror would send me to hell.
He said "No, but it affects your brain.
You're a sponge, you soak in stuff. If you stick a sponge in piss, it soaks up piss."
Which makes me insecure about liking horror now.
He said he sees no point in horror.
I love horror. So I shouldn't feel insecure or down about it.
But I am...
I don't have Photoshop ;_;

Well, I started watching horror movies at the age of 3.
I don't think it could fuck me up any more than it already has ._.
I love horror and blood and gore.
Not irl, though.
There were these two guys that were serial killers and when I saw it, it just made me so angry that they hurt this man.
And this man that went to an Amish school and shot this little girl in the head and her mom was like "I forgive him :D At least she didn't suffer!"
And I'm like...Lady, your kid is dead. You won't see her again in this lifetime.
How can you be so cool-headed about it?
You won't see her smile anymore, you won't talk to her anymore and that's OKAY and forgivable?
I have trouble with forgiveness, but I read it doesn't have to be instant.
Because some wounds are so deep and hurt so bad, it takes time.
Like I think I forgave the girl that accused me of knuffel-copying, but the whole thing still hurts me.
And I forgive my uncle for saying "You're calling God a liar", but it still hurts.
How much was it >>?
