Raine, it makes me so happy when you comment my art 8,u

I love museums ~
We used to go to this one a lot when I was a kid.
I don't know if it still exists.
And we have one at the college I've been to a few times.
This one area they found a mammoth skeleton and they build a glass floor over it and I was terrified to walk on the glass.
Then my dad started jumping on it to scare me =~=

XD Am I talking to a cat?

*nod* Everyone grows in their own time and their own ways.

Aha, that's entirely fine. My hangout's theme is mainly OCs, writing, and art, but we talk about everything.

*nod* I've had to eat by myself before because people got to be too much for me [not that anyone did anything wrong, but I just felt really edgy and uncomfortable]. I used to have social anxiety, but now it seems to have toned down to occasional nervousness. Looking back, I've made quite a progress in this area from my high school years.

I'm glad you have a bf who understands you. :)

Oooh, I see. What's a ghost town museum like? *patpat* One of the last museums I remember visiting was a nature-themed one; it had a butterfly exhibit. I really liked walking around and looking at them, and sometimes the butteflies would land on you. I find them kinda freaky, personally, but beautiful too, so I tried to calm down when one got on me. We aren't supposed to touch them because they're sensitive, but they sometimes touch us. XD

Mammoths are cool D:

@ Moi- Ohhh ;u; I'm so glad! <33 I'll try to comment more! >:)

Ohh that sounds so neat. There's a big t-rex skeleton in the entrance of the museum in Denver. Or there used to be I don't remember if it's still there?

I went to the aquarium in Denver last year tho and they have glass floors that you can walk on in the shark area. *_* It was so neat.

My bf is scared of stuff like that tho, so I'm the one jumping a little to freak him out lol. XD

@ Mikael- It's possible. I have 4 cats, maybe I became one. *u*

I used to only be a little socially anxious, but the older I got the worse I've become.. even when I try to force myself. =_= So I've kind of just accepted it and tried to work with it in a way that makes me comfortable. I think I'm still trying to understand it at this point, haha.

The ghost town museum was kinda cool. It had little shops set up with stuff that was common from the gold rush. But you can't walk into the shop much cause they don't want people taking things. And there were a lot of carriages that you can touch. And then this other section had rooms set up like people houses so you could see the kind of things they had. But because each room was so cluttered it was kinda hard to see everything and it made the visit really short. =\

*O* Ohh I love butterflies! That sounds so neat. I think the zoo in denver has a butterfly section that sounds similar to that, but it was closed when I last went. How neat tho.
The butterfly section at the museum in denver is just.. preserved butterflies.. >_>

Did they let you pet the sharks too, Raine? I went with my niece a few months ago, and they let us pet small sharks, jellies, sea stars, urchins, and horseshoe crabs. I went kinda nuts at one point, but my four-year-old niece reminded me that I could only use two fingers at a time [the way they taught us]. XD

Well, the ghost town museum sounds cool regardless. XD

Yeah, they had some on boards and pins in the one I went to too.

I don't think you could touch the sharks, but there was an area to pet little manatees. I didn't get to though cause there was a huuuuge class of kids there and they took up all the space and stayed there for like 2 hours. :( It was a little frustrating tbh so I just skipped it. ;_;

And I probably won't go back cause it was pretty expensive and it was also kinda small.

Oh yeah, manatees. THey were neat.

Ooh, I see. That's too bad. D:

My brother buys memberships to different places, and sometimes he can take an extra person in for free. If he can, I sometimes go with him and my niece. :)

Ohh that sounds cool. We don't go to denver enough to justify buying membership stuff. But once every few years we like to visit the cool things there.
We were thinking about getting a membership to the zoo here tho. Cause it's a nice place and it's a good workout lol. It's in the mountains so there's a loooooot of uphill. XD

xD
My mom was too scared to go near the alligators last we went to the zoo.
I was like "They're not going to get you >>"

My dad always freaks me out. He's not scared of anything and likes to do crazy stuff ._.
