I love naps. I'd take naps all the time.
That's good. Have you gotten results from the sleep study yet?

I try not to ever nap.
Worried it'd mess up my night sleep.
I've had so much trouble with sleeping in my life xD
I think I need to call them for my results.
Been busy today.

At this point, my sleep is already messed up that I can't do too much more to it. 
Well, hope they can help you figure out how to get you to sleep better!

I have all kinds of sleep disorders in my family.
I hope my sister doesn't develop any.
My dad, aunt and uncle (at least) have sleep apnea, my dad has narcolepsy too, and my mom has restless leg syndrom, and I've had insomnia for a while.

Honestly, I'm surprised we're still alive.
We've had cancer, heart problems, diabetes, sleep disorders, mental disorders, stomach problems and God knows what else.
When I go to a doctor and they ask "Any history of ___" I say yes to all of them xD

I hope so.
I do have a good chance of getting diabetes at least xD
I try not to eat as many sugary things as I used to.
But I do like a lot of sugar in my coffee and tea.
I'm the "Would you like some coffee with your cream and sugar?" type 8,u
