You run the most exclusive hairdressing company in the Kingdom. The only building is the school, because your employees go to clients' houses and do consulting on outfits as well as hairstyles.
It only works because you were granted some magical hairbrushes by Umiel and so you can have your employees constantly practice on each other, then brush their hair out to long lengths again and practice once more.
