I won't be able to do my digs until tomorrow. I really don't have time tonight. I am having a hard time finding these sugars. Will it say in the little box on the right whether or not there is one to collect? I hope that I can find them all!

No, they are little squares like on the event page, you find them hidden on pages, like when I went to individual shops it had them kinda under the shop keepers... I'd take a screenshot for you if I could.

I'm wondering if you miss a sugar because you didn't look hard enough, if it will pop up elsewhere...

I've found 2 so far...

They're probably stationary wherever they are. I found 3 in the shops I think and then one on the market maybe? Just go to the top click all the options there... then visit each shop. See if that helps, that's what I did.
