My life is heavy. Lol.

Neosporin will generally help heal things but I continue to pick unless there's bandaids over it. I don't like bandaids on my face. Additionally bandaids and cloth tape for gauze have been ripping off my skin lately so that's been very unpleasant.

Oh, neat. Well not for you, but I don't hear of many people with the same conditions as me. I'm glad yours isn't too severe.

When I was on meds it was a little less intense but I had to go off all my meds because no insurance because no job. Fun fun. I am hoping to get disability soon and then maybe I can get my meds back. Yay.

I hope you can get the funds to treat yourself, for me they don't make a difference but obv with your other condition on top you can probably use all the help you can get!

Reducing stress and anxiety and self-conditioning exercises did it for me mostly. I still 'do it' daily but I've managed to screw it back so so much so I hope you can find your own way to do that too c:
