Well, when I finish Poor Folk I'll go to probably the next Ian Rankin book in the series. Then I'm not sure :mcheh: I like to do different genres between the two types of books so I don't get confused, so I'll probably then start a romance book on my phone.

I have to say the last few nights have not gone well at all, no time for reading. And I was supposed to go out to London twice this week but didn't, which means two different reading on the train opportunities lost D: I will have to track down some shorter books near the end of the year for sure at this rate.

To me it seems like you put a lot of pressure on yourself to finish the challenge..

I was finally in the mood to read HP in Russian again, but I was so tired that I could only read about 8 pages and then I fell asleep..

I finished Blue Heaven, Black Night. It was good but nothing too special either.

I won a book on GoodReads, and I was looking forward to it, but it looks like it might have gotten lost in the mail or something.

@Julez what's the point in taking on a challenge if you don't try to finish it? Otherwise it's not really a challenge.

Reading is always fun :3

"reading is fundamental" in RuPaul's voice

Although I stopped halfway through another book this week. I ended up leaving a review and marking it as read because I did get quite a long way into it. It was just really tedious. It had that first chapter thing of "oh this is what my life used to be like before the events of this book, and this was what I said to my wife back then, and little did we know it was all going to come crashing down" but instead of the first chapter it was literally the whole book. From other peoples' reviews, it sounds like it was only the last 30% or less that had the actual plot.
