And it turns out Comey also defied the Justice department which told him not to send a letter until he actually knew what was in the emails. You know. Like any rational person would.

This election is flat out a circus. Plain and simple. Picking between Clinton and Trump is like deciding which foot you want to shoot yourself in. I'm scared of both sides, to be honest. Hillary switches sides depending on what's popular. When all of the crap with Bill was happening, she set out to destroy the women who stepped forward against him. My dad was telling me that she "Blackballed" them. One women found two bullets on the front seat of her car and Hillary said she'd regret it she continued going public. And she followed through, making the woman lose everything. I'm someone who views switching sides, like how she's done with abortion, as lying. Like, I'm steadfast in my views, though I'm open to changing if proper evidence is proposed.
On the other hand, Trump/Pence will destroy us. "Us" as in women. They'll set us back several centuries in healthcare with their abortion views and policies. If they repeal Roe v. Wade, which states have been paying ZERO attention to anyway, it'll become dangerous to be pregnant again. I'm 22 and I'm able to learn from the past, so I don't get why it's so hard for these people. Pregnancy before Roe v. Wade was dangerous. If something went wrong, tough sh*t. If the fetus didn't develop correctly and carrying to term was a death sentence, your only option was to get an illegal abortion or die. Wire hangers are infamous for a reason, and I do NOT want that in my lifetime. We've come so damn far in our fight for equality, I'm not okay with a bunch of MEN setting us back again. Domestic rape, a woman being raped by her husband, was not considered a thing until ONE YEAR before I was born. 1993. It was considered a wifely duty for a woman to appease her man. Therefore...... It's messed up. I'm disgusted that the society I live in is so behind the times, and even more by the fact that the rest of the world isn't much better. We don't need EITHER of these candidates.

Thank you so much for your comments Yumi! I just wanna respond to a couple things, cause there's a lot of misinformation flying around.
First of all, most of the stories of things Hillary Clinton "did" to the women who slept with her husband aren't true, and there are a lot of stories. These rumors have been flying around for almost 30 years now, so it's hard to tell what's true and what's not. But for example, that bullet thing isn't true. And none of the women who have ever been involved with Bill Clinton or who have accused him of sexual assault have actually had their lives destroyed. In fact, people like Paula Jones and Gennifer Flowers have made a lot of money off their stories over the years. At least lives have not been destroyed by Hillary Clinton specifically. A few women have claimed that the media attention destroyed their lives, but that attention definitely did not come from the Clintons.
It is true that she has spoken of these women dismissively or angrily. For example, she's referred to them as bimbos. And I agree that's not good. I wouldn't talk about women that way and I don't think it's helpful or appropriate. But I'm also not going to hold it against her for not liking the women who might have slept with her husband. And it was her job to discredit Bill's accusers when they first came forward. That might sound bad, but that is absolutely the role of any political wife--to be a character witness and defend your husband's image. Hillary Clinton was doing her job.
And Clinton has never flip-flopped on abortion. There are a lot of things she has flip-flopped on (same-sex marriage, Keystone Pipeline) once it was politically convenient, but abortion isn't one of those issues. She believes in a women's right to choose. It has always been one of her most consistent positions.
I get where you're coming from. Jon Stewart once said, "I don't think she has the strength of her convictions--because I don't know what those are." And I think that's a really good way of putting it. But I don't think that the fact that Hillary Clinton sometimes changes her positions depending on public opinion is a bad thing. I think that makes it incumbent on those of us who have issues we care about to make sure public opinion is on our side.
I've actually been learning a lot more about Clinton over the last couple months, and I think I get it. The shit that she's been through, that we've put her through as a citizenry...did you know she wanted to keep her name? She was Hillary Rodham until Bill Clinton lost an election, and everyone in Arkansas said it was her fault for not taking his name. So she changed her name to Hillary Rodham Clinton, managed his next campaign and won him the governorship. But that's really how it started, the endless compromising of everything that made her her. And every time, she was doing what the American people wanted her to do. In many ways, Hillary Clinton is a reflection of the untenable expectations we have of powerful women in this country. Is it any wonder so many of us find her unlikable?

Hi Yumi.
Wow Pwale, that is one woman there we have running. Didn't know she changed her name just for Bill to win a election. That is a huge thing for me. Her keeping her name was a statement and I guess people wouldn't think like that.
The FBI thing.... I really hope and think they should try to put a stopper on this thing as soon as possible because of how close it's to election and how horrible Trump's whatevers are right now. I really hope things calm down enough so we can have a safeish day and get the right person to win and in office. I'm making sure to stay away from the crap online about the upcoming election, I know most of it is idiots not knowing the real things and going with the flow like it seems most people are doing now.

Yeah. Hillary's story really seems to be a story of endless sacrifice and compromise. I may not agree with all her decisions, but I also have to admit that in her shoes I might have made the same choices. She's damned if she does, damned if she doesn't.
Oh my god.
Remember how Trump hasn't paid income tax since the 90s? And when that came up during the debates he kept screaming "If what I did was so bad, why didn't she change the laws?!"
Riiiiiiiight. Well, it turns out that when she was a Senator, Hillary Clinton voted to close the very loophole Trump violated. (according to new reporting from the New York Times, Trump shouldn't have been able to use the loophole that he used to get out of paying taxes and they're trying to find out if the IRS caught him or not)
So she did change the law. That's exactly what she did.
Oh, and there's new evidence of Trump secretly communicating with Russia.
And CNN is still talking about the emails that have nothing to do with Hillary Clinton.
God. Damn. It.

Ok so he was proved to of done a no no and now that is going to be looked into? I so hope so. I caught a glimpse on a site that there might be an arrest in the emails. No idea what it said, refused to read it. Done with that crap now. It's beyond sick. I also heard that Clinton told them to read her emails if they want. Ha I hope this is over with soon, it's getting too close and a bit over done at this point.
I'm glad to hear that someone changed that stupid loophole. Sounds a bit like things are starting to fall into the right place a bit.
