My dad slowly eases himself away from his meds.
Like for example 1 pill a day
then he would try 1 every 2 days and sees how that goes and he gradually moves on from that.
I remember him telling me that, but I think it was for hayfever, he has a thing which goes in his nose and he sprays it. I think he doesn't use it often anymore, but I cannot fully remember what he did

Medication is very important, but in some cases a change in diet should do, but I find doctors just go to medication and hope for the best

Yikes, that's not good.
But he was really careful doing that, and it was only meds for something not important.

Medication is just so damned expensive. I have no idea how places can get away with selling their meds for insane prices :/

@Moi, I have heard, I don't see why America doesn't take inspiration from other counties medical systems.
Also, what exactly is Obamacare? I thought it was a good thing when I first heard about it, but people are saying it's bad.
