I can’t maintain a collection anymore, and stamps can get really expensive (as can anything). So I collect digital puzzles, because seeing the pictures is similar. It’s mostly free, too!

I love all the kofk colors, but for my sanity am currently sticking to a limited set. I’ll expand my horizons someday.

Nan; ASL actually has a complicated history! It wasn’t recognized as a language until the 1960s. Before (and even after) that, there were gradients of how much it was blended with English!

There’s still some places that use Signing Exact English, for example, or fingerspelling everything.

It’s less so now, but ASL usage used to be controversial.

Ooooh I see :o When I learned back in elementary school, I was taught the alphabet and a few phrases. But I think recently (a few years ago lol) like one of the letters changed or something?

I couldn't imagine trying to fingerspell everything. That would take forever. And my hands would hurt so much. lol.

I like the look of stamps but I don't think I could collect them.
