Yeah! art contests seem so rare, but i love them sometimes pixel art is underappreciated though :c

I went to look at the art contest I held and I cringed at ... well ... me

Maybe it's because it looks simpler?
I tried my hand at pixel art ... and boy oh boy did I suffer.
I barely had the patience for it and I couldn't find out how to properly color things in.
With that said and done, will never underestimate pixel art. Especially the animated ones. Whew.

I look up to pixel artists. They make such cute delicate things.

Aww, thank you! some people think it's easy, but that's honestly not true it takes a lot of time! for example the heads i'm doing for you, they easily take 2 hours each of non-stop work! a whole doll takes me around 5 hours

I don't have the patience for pixel art lol

It took me years to get where i am now though!

I can do 30x30 pixel art. Bigger than that and I feel like it gets overwhelming for me. I find it fun when it's small though, I just can't do anything overly complex.

Small pixels are fun to do too! ^^ it doesn't always have to be dolls. I used to make small customizable kitties and ice creams

guess I'll be going to the dream avi creator too see if I can make outfit around that arrow for the contest lol! at least this seems easy xD

ok it took me forever!(well not really I went on a 30 min break to eat dinner) but I finally finished lol. I'm not sure how good this actually looks but I love it! and totally wish I had the outfit myself lol!
