Hey so I wonder something... if a user has 2 avatars that are in the tops do they win both places or does the thing have a way of canceling the lower one out and giving the credit to the next person in line?

Only one avatar can win per person, so the next person in line would win.
Why? Have you checked ranks and your avatar has serious chances?

Lots of things can happen. Ratings change so much.
