@DC: haha, that's typical with those quizes, whenever you try to get something, you never get it XD When I was doing the Pottermore test I was sure I'd get Gryffindor with what answers I was giving (didn't try for it, just thought they would trigger the Gryffindor), but turned out to be a Hufflepuff and to say I was surprised would be an understatement xD
Then on some other site I was kind of trying for the Hufflepuff and got Gryffindor instead so, yeah

I knew I was a Slytherin before the first tests even popped up online c':

it was rather exciting to really try one for the first time cause I don't know what I would have done had I been sorted somewhere else (by Pottermore, the only test I really count). I never understood the idea of lying to get in a House you want, what's the point of doing the test then?? x'D

I know people that 'cheated' on the patronus test as well, trying to at least by like picking what they think were 'darker' options in the hopes of getting a 'cool/badass' patronus. Imo its just so silly cause then its not really your patronus but eh to each their own. I do understand how it can be disappointing doing a test and getting something you really don't want. I know someone who has a salmon for a patronus...cue magikarp jokes etc

My 3 friends actually complete the Houses with me, we've got a full Hogwarts set!

Well I'm not into Harry Potter, so I did it out of curiosity.

Ugh! It's 90 something F. And we have the ac's on. But I can't take Joslyn out because she could get sick. I wish it was cooler, but not late fall into winter cool.

So I did the pottermore test 4 times.. got each house but my first one was ravenclaw.



the other 3 are because I was trying to get hufflepuff....



Then there's that test it's got all the pottermore questions, I tend to get mostly ravenclaw closely followed by hufflepuff and then slytherin and really behind is gryffindor

I did the pottermore quiz again two days ago, Hufflepuff again and patronus... badger. I can't deny my hufflepuffness now xD

Edit: Hufflepuff? I'm very surprised.

This one gave me Gryffindor, which isn't actually me so... I don't believe this one :D
