That doesn't surprise me about alien ware at all. D; Then again, dell went down the crapper, period.
Oh yeah! I was thinking about going to NewEgg for a new computer. I hope they're still around by then. (my computer is still relatively new)
Even if its the cpu? I don't know all too much about computers... but would it just make the game a little slow?

Not sure much about the CPU, but its mainly internet and graphic cards that cause the slowness (lag) even with lag its playable. its when the game constantly shuts down due to the PC not being able to handle it.
If your computer is still relatively new, you should just try some hardware upgrades =) that would be a bit cheaper then buying a new pc. (if anything i'm always told the best PC is one you build yourself but i can't afford that xp)
