Do you know what might be causing it? Stress?

I know what's causing it, it's just the onset of a migraine. It takes a few days... It's annoying... I know a few ways to stave it off (and I'm hoping one will work) if not, in a few days time I'll be dead to the world...

Seeing as monday I'm starting my parttime job as teacher I'm really hoping it'll work...
