the pics i found just show her with open hair, but the dress style i found was very close.

She does wear similar dresses at some point though, yes you are quite right - the reason is that the dress designers on the show actually show intricate changes of fashion due to the people being in power. So that is a hint, if one knows the story ;) Who would have influenced Margaerys style or vice-versa?
