Awww, that sounds adorable! I wouldn't mind having rats come with me when I go places! But I'm not sure mine are quite well enough behaved for that yet XD

In other news, I have finished chapter 2 on my webcomic. I'm just amazed that despite my laziness, I'm still working at it.

Yes! I've actually gotten pretty fast at it without losing any quality, which makes me quite happy ^_^

But really, that means I should draw MORE not less XD

Serra, I think the rat we took with us was pretty old at that point, so maybe it's just a matter of training them to stay on you for a while.

Just took a quick look at your webcomic, it looks like you invest a lot of work into it with all the colours and textures and shading :) Most webcomics I know are either flat colours or black and white, so that looks really impressive to me. Although I will admit that my sample is pretty small, I don't read webcomics much ;)

Oh, what kind of tablet are you getting? A special drawing one or a general purpose that you can also use for drawing on?

@Chrizine, yeah, my rats are still babies really. I just keep working at it, I'm sure they love being on me....conditionally.

And thanks for taking a look at my comic! When I started it, I wanted to have something colored, and it didn't look right to me without some kind of shading. Admittedly I'm still fairly new to drawing, but I'm pleased with my progression which has been mostly fueled by just drawing the comic.

@Eru, will it be a tablet with a view screen that you can draw on directly?

I'm sure they do :)

Oh wow, I just looked at the first and the last bits of your comic and that looks like you improved a lot already over the course of it :)

@ Serra - Nah, got the graphic tablet. Pen displays are too expensive xD
It arrived in the post! It's much bigger than I expected xD
Will probably try it out after our outing today~
